We envision a world where people live with compassion for one another and build a living, personal relationship with the Creator. Our mission in Hawaiʻi is to put Islam’s teachings into practice through worship, service, sincere dialogue, and care for our neighbors.
A spiritual revival rooted in Islam. We believe Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, peace be upon him, is the Promised Messiah and Imam Mahdi foretold by the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. His mission was to revive the spirit of Islam: to draw humanity toward God, renew faith in the Holy Quran, and inspire people to follow the Prophet’s example of mercy and righteousness.
Faith expressed through character and service. His teachings call us to prayer, truthfulness, humility, and compassion; to fulfill our responsibilities to God and to His creation; and to overcome hatred through patience, reason, and love. For our community, accepting the Promised Messiah is a commitment to inner reform—becoming better neighbors, serving those in need, and respecting the dignity of every person.
A message the world urgently needs. In a world divided by conflict, prejudice, and spiritual uncertainty, we believe his call to recognize our Creator and care for one another is crucial to lasting peace. His message asks us to move beyond differences of race, nationality, and status, reject religious violence, and work for the welfare of all humanity.
Our doors are open to everyone who seeks spiritual connection, community, and a deeper understanding of Islam’s message of love. Here in Hawaiʻi, we strive to make that welcome real through friendship, learning, and service.
Worldwide spiritual leadership
May Allah be his helper
He is the current worldwide head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. A Muslim voice representing millions of Ahmadi Muslims around the world, he calls people toward the recognition of God and kindness toward one another.
His message encourages a living relationship with the Creator through prayer, compassion for our neighbors, and service to humanity. He advocates peace, justice, and mutual respect, bringing people of different faiths and backgrounds together in a spirit of understanding.
Caliphate, or Khilafat, means spiritual successorship. In our understanding of Islam, it preserves the continuity of spiritual guidance and brings believers together in faith, worship, and service. We believe this bond is essential to uniting the Muslim world beyond divisions of nationality, ethnicity, and culture.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is united at the hand of one Caliph through a shared pledge of spiritual allegiance, known as Baiʻat. Across countries and generations, this relationship joins us as one worldwide spiritual family, with a common purpose: to worship God, uphold the teachings of Islam, and serve humanity. Our Caliphate is a spiritual institution that guides through faith, prayer, and moral example.
Under his spiritual guidance, our community strives to put these values into practice: strengthening faith, helping those in need, and living by the message of love for all, hatred for none.
Friday is the holiest day of the week for Muslims. It is so crucial for the development of community and spirituality that the Lord says in the Quran to leave off all work to attend the Friday prayer. You are welcome to join us Fridays. The Adhan is called at 1:00PM. The sermon begins at 1:15 PM.

We know it can be daunting to visit a mosque and immerse yourself in a new culture. Our local imam, Murabbi Hashim Usman, is available 7 days a week to speak with you, ease any fears you may have about Islam, and provide any guidance you may need. Murabbi Hashem is well-versed in the Holy Quran, sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and teachings of the Promised Messiah and Imam Mahdi, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.
Your first visit
Visiting a mosque for the first time can feel unfamiliar. We will gladly welcome you, explain what is happening, and give you space to observe at your own pace.
You do not need to be Muslim to visit. There is no admission fee and no expectation that you participate in prayer. Adults and children are welcome.
Dress comfortably and modestly. Worshippers remove their shoes before entering the prayer area. Contact us before arriving if you need seating or other accommodations.
